1. Warranty Coverage
Patterson Family Group LTD warrants the FliCart Ride-On Golf Caddy against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods from the original date of purchase:
Frame, Motor, Electronic Components, Brake Caliper and Lever, Steering Components: 12 months
Battery (48V Lithium Iron Phosphate): 24 months
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Customer Responsibilities for Battery Maintenance
To maintain warranty coverage on the battery, customers must:
Charge the battery after every use to prevent deep discharge.
Charge at least once every 30 days when not in use.
Only use the approved charger provided with the product.
Store the battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Failure to follow these maintenance guidelines may void the battery warranty.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage.
Damage resulting from improper assembly, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
Damage due to failure to follow battery charging and storage instructions.
Any repairs or servicing not performed by an authorized FliCart service provider.
Water damage, fire damage, or damage caused by extreme environmental conditions.
4. Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact us at info@flicart.co.uk with the following information:
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Description of the issue, including photos/videos if applicable.
Serial number of the product (marked by indentation on the underside of the rear frame, in front of the rear wheel).
We will assess your claim and may offer replacement components or request that the product or defective component be returned for inspection.
